Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from My Sleep Code.

My Sleep Code sells digital products only. No physical item will be shipped.

Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the digital files have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

We do not normally offer refunds for:
- change of mind after purchase;
- purchasing the wrong language version;
- not reading the product description before purchasing;
- expecting a physical product;
- personal results, since sleep outcomes vary from person to person.

However, we want every customer to receive what they paid for. Please contact us if:
- you did not receive your download link;
- the download link does not work;
- a file is missing or corrupted;
- you accidentally purchased the wrong language version and have not downloaded or accessed the files yet.

In these cases, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, resend the download link, switch the language version, or consider a refund at our discretion.
