Digital Delivery Policy

My Sleep Code sells digital products only.

No physical item will be shipped.

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital files through one or more of the following methods:

- the order confirmation page;
- the email address used at checkout;
- the digital download system connected to our Shopify store.

Please make sure that the email address entered at checkout is correct.

Delivery Time

Digital products are normally delivered immediately after successful payment.

In some cases, delivery emails may take a few minutes to arrive.

If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam, promotions, or junk folder first.

Language Versions

My Sleep Code Bundle is available in different language versions.

Please make sure you select the correct version before completing your purchase:

- English Bundle
- Bundle Italiano

If you accidentally purchased the wrong language version and have not accessed or downloaded the files yet, contact us and we will review the issue.

Technical Issues

If you experience a problem with your download link, file access, missing files, or corrupted files, contact us at:

Please include:

- your order number;
- the email address used at checkout;
- a short description of the issue.

We will do our best to help you access the files you purchased.

No Physical Shipping

Because this is a digital product, there are:

- no shipping fees;
- no shipping tracking numbers;
- no physical delivery times;
- no physical returns.

Refunds

Refunds for digital products are handled according to our Refund Policy.
